You will reap the benefits pompa but might be a bit sore for a couple of days, best thing is to do get out and do some more wink

Just returned from a short break in Kent/East Sussex, After walking up/down hills and valley's, I can no longer stand without a lot of grunting and moaning, my calf's and thighs are agony. North Essex isn't known for it's hills, so have been using ling forgotten muscles. Mrs. P says it must have done us good, not so sure myself !!.
