Feeling like a new woman! :-)

What a difference moving HOME makes!!!

I thought I would start a new thread for my new start!

I cannot believe the difference my house move has made to me , am sleeping better and at normal hours , feel more peaceful and calm and the whole neighbourhood is calm and just so different to where I was plus not living above someone has made a HUGE difference , my own front door , no lugging shopping upstairs , neat little garden out the back , not so 'spread out' but everything nicely contained and easier to reach , lovely view of the other cottages out of the window , three neighbours introduced themselves to me already and said to knock if there is anything I need! ... I got NOTHING like that in my old area , the opposite of friendliness in fact ;-)

It's just so peaceful :-)

It is rubbing off on me , am settling in nicely and quickly , felt at home pretty much instantly!

Not sure what is going on re my DGS as SS not answering my calls or e-mails at the moment , so will continue with that as I hate being kept in the dark and would like to know what is going on next ASAP as this place is PERFECT for my DGS and even if I start off having him for weekends at first it will be BLISS here! :-)

One thing at a time , plent of unpacking and sorting out to do , but here is a little pic of the living room so far! xx ;

Thank you , it is a huge change for the better but it is not until I was here I REALISED how much better my life would be now and a huge step forward! shock

I'm so pleased for you nannynoo you certainly sound happy with your move everything will soon come to-gether once you get unpacked and get sorted.
We shall be moving into a ground floor bungalow soon and we can't wait our own door into our own private garden will make things so much better for us and our little dog,just a matter of waiting a short while now but we should hear pretty soon.
Maybe you DS & DIL are letting you get settled before they get in touch I hope things work out well for you,your room looks lovely and bright,nice windows make all the difference.flowers
