Rented flat - no children?

I'm going to rent somewhere while I'm looking for a house to buy, and a flat I'm interested in says 'no children'. I look after my grandson each week - do they mean no children living there, or no children visiting?

You should ask the agent or owner! Maybe they mean that children aren't allowed to rent the flat. grin

It will mean to children living there, so I suppose it depends how often your DGS visits. Once a week you'll probably be ok, but daily could be construed as living there. The agent should know - and it is (hopefully) short term.

It will mean no children living there on a permanent basis,other tenants may not want the noise of babies etc during the night,I shouldn't think looking after your DGC during the daytime would make a difference but just check with the agent and get it OK'd in writing for your peace of mind.
