I'm going to see my family in Kuwait for the New Year. Can any Gransnetters recommend which is the best airline to fly with please? I have bad arthritis and dreading the long haul ahead of me. I'll be travelling alone. Thanks.

I find BA seem to have a good amount of leg room to move my Arthritic bones around in my seat. At least Kuwait is only 6hrs or so, if you book an aisle seat at least you can take an amble up and down the aisle a few times or at least stand up in the aisle to stretch and move.

You lucky thing! I have family in Kuwait too, haven't been there since 2002 when they had their first baby.
I flew BA from Heathrow, it was comfortable as far as I remember. In fact I think that was the flight where 1st class was empty, and they let us go and sit at the front.
i have seen them many times in the UK though, and they come to us sometimes.
Enjoy your holiday, it's a fascinating place.
