I would also like to add that a bit more of a back story might be helpful. I agree with other posters who have said the website is not easy to read although I can see the structure is there. Good feedback for your pilot site foxy. It's good practice to respond quickly to show people you acknowledge them.. Would you like to respond?

Your passion is clear, however the site is unprofessional.
The colours are hard on the eyes.
Get someone to proof read for you and correct all the spelling and grammar.
Finally the email address “foxyvixen” is not appropriate for such a website.

Sorry Foxyvixen the clashing colours and different fonts made my eyes bleed. I just can't read it, I'm sorry.

Omg! So distracted by the presentation that I really couldn't 'get the message'!
Who advised you that purple text on purple and deep red backgrounds was a good idea?
If you want to get your message across you really need to look at this again (and check use of apostrophes).
I am sympathetic to the cause but could not get involved at any level using the website as it stands.

Sounds harsh but please take all of these comments as constructive criticism or you could be on a hiding to nothing!

I'm sure you are doing a great job but that website is a challenge.

Black background and mixed sized text is pretty much impossible for anyone with less than perfect sight. Especially grandparents. It may pay you to do a bit of research on this and what makes websites easy to read.

I'm afraid I just gave up on it.

How are these funds you're collecting helping grandparents establish contact as mentioned on those links?

It's a good cause in my opinion but can I just say some of your colour choices make the text hard to read.

As has been said, what are you asking for funds for ?

You've done alot of work to get this website up and running. What do you need donations for?
