I know- I seem to have had a lot of things all at once, cancer, eye problems, hip pain, and am supporting my partner, whose PD has escalated, has chronic back pain and is now being investigated for arrhythmia. The only thing I can suggest is to take care of yourself, indulge yourself (doughnuts for me) and treasure the little moments. This week one little moment was walking through the park with two little grandchildren holding my hand either side. Have a
