Dark and damp this morning. Just up as still not too well. So will be confined to barracks again. May make a start on writing Christmas cards (always a job that is put off).

Partner away tonight so have the house to myself all day and evening!

We, too, still have roses in bloom, ninathenana. They add a lovely splash of colour to our garden that otherwise looks quite bare and drab. The grass is still growing too, and if it was dry enough, could do with a trim! I think it will have to wait until the spring, now, though. The climate is certainly changing...

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. Grey but dry at the moment in South Yorkshire. We have a carpet being fitted in the newly decorated bedroom this afternoon. That will only leave the finishing touches. DH is out to football this evening, so I am another who has an evening to herself! Have a happy day, folks.

Good morning. Dank in Lancashire too Nfk. I wish my OH could have a new knee, he can hardly walk most days.
Ironically I'm going for a long walk today with a group I haven't been with before, hope it's not too strenuous.

Grey, dank and still in Norfolk.

Off to the doctor at half eight to see about getting another new knee to match my nice new one. Then DH has an appointment with him after lunch about his diabetes. We seem to be going there a lot these days, I'm so glad we moved close to the surgery.

Weather in Malta looks ok so far, but it is a bit chilly at the moment.

Busy day ahead for me, if I ever manage to drag myself out of bed of course.

Off to help on an Alzheimer's Course this morning and then admin this afternoon. DH and DS are out at football tonight so I'll have the house to myself.
