Good morning all. I feel like going back to bed right now. Not enough sleep. My back complains after about six hours in the same position.

We are a bit ragged round the edges as GS was up twice in the night with horrible nosebleeds and a bed that looked like a crime scene, poor chap. I think we shall have a quiet day, with laundry. It's a lovely bright but chilly start in North Leicestershire but I imagine it will get worse later.

We are still on a mission to find DH a jacket so off to Nottingham today. We are also looking for some seating far the garden.

My Partner had an eye Operation on Tuesday (Macular Hole), so for 7 days has to keep his head down for 50 minutes in every waking hour!!! So we won't be going anywhere or doing much this Easter Holiday. Never heard of this before, so if anyone has any experience I would be interested to hear, as he says he sees nothing from that eye at the moment.

Will have to pop out for some food shopping.....shock horror as that is normally his job

Enjoy your weekend Mick. I’m entertaining the family to roast lamb and Delias apple sponge pudding with custard. Decorating the room with crackers, daffodils and suitable Easter stuff???

Mums today, library and nip into the garden centre to get some plug plants for front pot to bring them on. I think I will get fuchsia and marguerites.

Good Morning Mick and everyone. Looks a bit damp and grey here on the south coast and the forecast is for rain. Hope your mystery trip is fun Mick and the sun shines foe you!

My hospital dermaphotography appointment yesterday was amazing! The appointment was for 10.30am and I was in and out before that time. Very impressive and efficient. We are bombarded with bad news about the NHS but seldom read of the good news stories.

Nothing much on the cards today but after a busy week that sounds good. Hope the day is a good one for all GNs too.
