In a bit of a pickle with Asthma today , so off to sit in the waiting room at the Docs, I think I’ll take a book.

Another bright and sunny morning again, with a slight breeze. Just hoping these few days before it goes back to unsettled weather is not going to be the sum total of our Summer!
I think I’m starting with hay fever, as I’ve been rather snuffly with blocked nose. Taken anti histamine, so hoping it will help. So annoying, as it spoils the nice weather for me. ?

Good morning from sunny Colchester. Summer is here and we have dug out suncream, hats, sandals etc. Hope we don't need to pack them away again before October.

Just have to entice Poppy Cat from under our bed as she has spotted my luggage and is playing silly beggars. A good few Dreamies and lots of sweet talking does the trick. We enact this role regularly before she decides I am allowed to put her in the car?

Good morning from the mild north. We had full sun for more than 12 hours yesterday which meant we were able to get into the garden. Block paving re-sanded and lawns swept, I have never seen so many sycamore seeds.

Though it was late afternoon before the skies cleared here yesterday it was then too late to truly enjoy whilst though the morning arrived with a mist it is already evident a golden orb is pushing through!!! Much to our joy!
We all seem to feel so much better when the sun shines!
Power washing today again and indeed we are fast emerging from the green aftermath of a watery winter!!
Farmers busy here too ......making up for the slower start and it seems our potato season is running late,which is very unusual.

Good morning all, sunshine in Mid Wales

Looking forward to another busy day today. Walking into town this morning to attend my knitting group, my sister is meeting me and going too.Then a visit to the library to exchange books and a little bit of supermarket shopping before walking home.After lunch i will do some washing and then i need to get baking to make something for our the Bowls club open day at the weekend. All the hanging baskets and pots will need watering later in the day and the greenhouse will require some attention too. Love days like these especially when we are blessed with blue sky and sunshine.

SW this morning. Hair appointment after and then to the cinema to see the potato peel film.
Better start packing this evening for our Fjord cruise.

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. Yes, noticed a lot of ploughing going on up here too, Mick. The sun is shining again in South Yorkshire. I am having a much needed haircut today, and then we are picking up a picnic lunch and having a walk around one of our larger parks. Have a good day, folks.

A wonderful summer’s day in the north of Norfolk. Our car got as high as 30 C while we were driving yesterday but it was only a very pleasant 24 on the coast. Just hot enough to tempt me in for a freezing paddle, it was wonderful!

Nothing much planned for today other than pottering in the garden. And doing the washing.

All public transport disrupted due to the unexploded bomb.
We had to get up very early and fork out on a taxi to ensure we got here in plenty time. It was worth it for the peace of mind.

Another gorgeous day in store it seems so need to catch up before it warms up like yesterday. I was wiped out by driving home from London yesterday afternoon and looking around a bit of a hoover and tidy up are called for.

It's a lovely bright start in North Leicestershire too. I have a trip to the butcher's and then some admin to do today then we are going for a meal and to a concert this evening.
