I found my rings!

Yesterday I put on a pair of jeans and deep in the right hand pocket were all 3 rings! I had searched the pocket of these jeans and all my trousers several times, how had I missed them? I feel a right plonker!
Sincere thanks to everyone who replied to my original post, thank you for your good thoughts and your prayers. I believe that all of them worked towards letting my rings be found. I am so relieved and will be extra careful from now on.

Pleased to hear this, well done, I always ask St Anthony for help if I lose something, he always helps.

Great news! Very common occurrence in our house. Things disappear and then reappear despite having thoroughly searched! I am beginning to believe the time warp theory though!!
My 9 year old DGD had her ears pierced last year (not my choice!) and lost all ear rings that she had been given. I bought her a card with 9 pairs of ear rings ... all gone. We are now on the second card with only 3 pairs left. Just imagine the day when they all mysteriously turn up again!!

So very pleased that you found them. It's a great feeling finding something you thought you'd never see again. Xx

Very glad to hear it! My husband died in May 2016 and I had taken my rings off a few years before because of my arthritis. I looked where I thought my daughter had put them for me - top shelf of our bookcase - and they weren't there. I'd had a decorator in, who had been up a ladder there, and went through a torment of 'he might have, but I can never ask'.

Months later my daughter asked for her Ugg boots, which were in the 'for sale' suitcase ... and she came downstairs with the ring box! I then remembered going through all of my things ready to sell our house, and the suitcase was next to me. You could have tortured me horribly, I still couldn't have told you where they were smile

That's great Bonnie Blooming. I wonder how they got there?
At least you got them back. I would be devastated if I lost mine. I bet you're thrilled to bits and thanks for letting us know. It's great when these mishaps have a happy ending.

Very pleased you found them, I hate "misplacing" things and the more I worry about it the less chance I have of finding them. It is always a lovely surprise when I do!

Really pleased for you.smile I found my Kindle 5 minutes ago. In the side pocket of my bag where I always put it if I know I’ll need it when I’m going out. I’d looked there four or five times already!
It’s been missing for two days.

jaylucy Sat 18-May-19 11:52:19
