I have been changing knickers two or three times since it got so hot - just sweat, I think, but not nice.

Hi--I would like to speak about something that I am totally am too embarrassed to go to GP with

It is to do with needed to change underwear a few times and shower two or three times in the day due to (Cring as I type this!!) a really bad smell or urine, so sorry to be asking about this but I am so upset about it and do not know what to do , how to get rid of it, is it something I am eating or drinking, does it go away, just so upset about it.

Does anyone have any information about this at all.
