Yes; away to the docs with you and tell them you want an urgent appontment [don't say you've had ongoing symptoms for a while or they'll give you an appointment sometime round C..S.] And then tell us how you've got on. As much as you need to.

Time to go to the docs - make an appointment for tomorrow. You need treatment.

Sorry, too many thinks, I think.

Kiora I can't remember the last time I visited my GP, perhaps 2-3 years ago? So I understand your reluctance BUT I think you really ought to go now I think.

Nothing wrong with talking about your health btw.

Oh Kiaro, why don't you want to go to your doctor? You probably just need something simple like calcium tablets. Give it a go? cupcake

Oh dear i'v just been replying to the post about what's scary about getting older. I said I didn't want to moan about my health and I'm just about to do just that. I noticed yesterday out of the blue that my ankle really hurts. I haven't twisted it. It's no better this morning and my knees hurt and my wrists. My wrists completely collapse if I hold something heavy. More worrying I'm limping and I carnt seem to correct my gait. It's a hot pain that can become excruciating every now and again. The sort that momentarily takes your breath away. I'v had warmish joints for a few years now and just ignored it. I really don't want to go to see my lovely GP so wondered if any of you could throw any light on what's going on. Thanks ( please tell me off if I post too many of this type of post)
