Is it only that gets a tad irritated by posts that begin with Hey ?? [grumpy 56 old bat]

It seems to sit with waiters/waitresses saying "Hi guys, everything ok with you here?"

Hey in fact it's really good to visit a dentist while pregnant this is because the hormones circulating in your body can affect your gums. Tell your dentist that you're pregnant so that if you need treatment, he can decide on the best type for you. For more read the below article hope it's helpful smile

Not only safe....its really rather important to keep your teeth extra specially healthy during pregnancy...hence the free NHS treatment.

kitty! tchgrin

rosequartz, I never thought of that. Perhaps Tim's dentist is pregnant and he's heard scare stories about hormonal rages and is worried about that drill...

Rosequartz grin

Tim what is it with you and dentists?

rosequartz Wed 24-Dec-14 10:41:43

Let's give him the benefit of the doubt.

If you are pregnant, Tim, your dentist should know what treatment is or is not suitable for you. Personally, I think you should decline any sort of painkilling injections and endure fillings etc without any pain relief whatsoever.

Free dental care during pregnancy, and very important to tell dentist before he starts doing X rays and such.

loopylou Wed 24-Dec-14 10:16:19

tchgrin thought the same myself.......

Elegran Wed 24-Dec-14 10:08:56

If Tim is pregnant he has more to worry about than dentistry.

Nelliemoser Wed 24-Dec-14 10:08:07

Don't you get free dental treatment during pregnancy?

Mishap Wed 24-Dec-14 10:07:31

I seem to remember you posting before Tim about your decision about dental treatment. Are you pregnant now?!

If this is a serious query it is very important to tell the dentist if you are or suspect you could be pregnant. Also if you are trying to get pregnant.I speak from bitter experience.

Yes it's safe to go to the dentist. It's even more important to go whilst pregnant as there is sometime problems with gums receding.

kittylester Wed 24-Dec-14 07:39:14

Hi Tim are you a new member? Or do I remember you posting before?
