Ours is a Tesco Express so nothing different in there. I did walk there and back though (20 minutes) so that may help!

Pretty run of the mill selection of fruit - nothing new.

The only veg I have never tried before was chicory.

As someone who tried chicory coffee (and hated it) in my teens, it's not something I'm going to enjoy trying, but hey ho, that's the challenge.
I'm going to roast it with bacon.

I'm just about to set off for Tesco. I will see what they have smile

Today's challenge? Try a new fruit or vegetable.

I'm a pretty eclectic fruit and vegetable eater and sometimes the more 'exotics' just aren't available in rural Wales.

I shall enjoy browsing the fresh isles in Tesco,

I will too! My mum died of a heart attack aged 58. I have made it 7 years older than that so I must keep going. I'm off for a good walk today too.

I'll join you MrsPickle. a neighbour of my mother had what turned out to be a heart attack recently on a train. She put it down to indigestion and put off visiting her GP for several days. A little more awareness can only be a good thing.

I've signed up for the British heart foundation's Heart challenge

My first 10 minute challenge?

To dance like nobody's watching for 10 minutes.

Who'll join me?
