iam Michael Caine credits turmeric for his good memory alvitacare.com/elderly-nutrition/spice-of-life-turmeric-continues-to-save-the-brain-of-the-elderly/

I think it has general health benefits too.

Now if only I could remember to take it every day ...

i gave poly osteo and inflammatory arthritis. I also have neck problems after a serious riding accident in my mid 20's. I find yoga and walking help a lot.

I've read a lot recently about the benefits of turmeric in paste/tablet form. There are web sites and face book pages where numerous people sing its praises for reducing inflammation. Evidently, it also helps ageing dogs, so it must be good grin

I've had multi-joint Osteo-Arthritis for many years and have tried many things to help with it but the only thing that has/is helping is swimming and walking , I take anti-inflammatories prescribed by my GP but although my Arthritis is progressing I cope very well with the pain and limited mobility you need to keep the joints strong and moving.

I gave up wheat three months back. It has helped.

Reviews says that it is a scam, farmor. What a shame. In fact they are being investigated by the advertising standards lot. My neck is starting to get stiff, which is a bit worrying.

Have any of you tried Finitro Forte Plus. Have been reading about it and it sounds fantastic. My neck is badly damaged and anything that can help would be like a dream come true.
