Nice to be Here, Hello Everyone

Big welcome Anim.
I stopped HRT after many many years after my doctor and daughter insisted. OMG! Bone aching ..so depressed ..horrendous hot flashes..just the worst feelings of all kinds..Hopelessness.
Read on Gransnet about women with exactly same situation...started HRT low dose....little help..went back to regular strength Climara about 3 weeks ago. Thank God I feel normal again. These are patches.never have used pills.
Thanks to Gransnet I found others.
