Mine are public lavs, and fear of harming family through germs. And birds indoors. And lifts.

Crikey! I've got me phobias, but not snow! Wonder if there is name for that one.

Annieb What is it about the snow that makes you phobic? Fear of slipping/the coldness/the white brightness? Or isn't it anything as specific as that?

I have mentioned it often. I have had a snow phobia for years, have tried so many therapies , nothing worked. I do remind myself it's only a few months each year , doesn't help, as soon as the forecast gives snow in Scotland I'm off . Have had hypnosis , CBT, even saw a Physciatrist . Anyone experienced a phobia which just will not go away ?
