I have recently noticed only after starting wearing leggings/jegginsg for the first time ..that!! my "buttocks" have become a little more (rounded/pert) or what ever word you like to use. 
Over the last 18 months I have had to do a lot! of walking, up/down/on the flat/power walking (only when I'm running late it wasn't intentional) so a good mixture all round.
My posterior used to be quite flat no shape to it, I am a size 16/18 pretty well proportioned apart from flat B*m.
But now it feels like it has sort of firmed up, which I can only acclaim it to my walking pattern.
So I thought I would share my new "buttock" firming regime with others, it costs nothing. I would share a picy but

so it seems that regular excersise does tone oneself up !
