I plucked up courage and was referred by our GP to the audiology clinic last year. I was fitted with NHS aids, but to be honest, as my hearing loss was minimal. I didn't wear them as much as I should. I have promised that I will persevere, but don't like the 'crackling' sound of rustling paper etc. my problem is that my DH mumbles, but swears he doesn't. Nuff said. grin
I had decided to grow my hair a bit longer in case I needed hearing aids, and then they would be hidden, and they are not too obvious.

For the first time ever i find myself not quite catching what a person has said
and have to ask them to repeat I know how very annoying can be when i am not being heard.
so all you wonderful people out there i am looking for some advise.
I know they are expensive, as i don't want it to be seen.
Thank you in advance x
