In most supermarkets, tena for men are next to the tena lady products. Bladder weakness ? if you have ever had to drink 4 litres of laxative you will appreciate the security this product gives you whilst racing to the bathroom shock

"Widdle worries"

Nina - I've never needed any so haven't looked. I expect they're next to the women's ones. I've not seen a section headed Masculine Hygiene.

My SO calls mine Piddle Pads, I keep telling him that the way his prostrate behaves sometimes he may one day be glad of them too.

Well if that's the case Elrel where do they keep the products for men with the same problem ??

I laugh every time I see that advert for Tena lady ... they say 'sensitive bladder' instead of incontinence!!! If it should ever strike me, that's what I'll be calling it too! ?

Some years ago, Boots launched a brand called "AIDS" which had its own logo and special type face and referred to disable aids. No more than months later the whole AIDS epidemic struck and Boots had to abandon it all.

'Feminine hygiene' is the euphemism in most shops for the section with products to help with bladder weakness.

Jane - lol!

phoenix Thu 18-Feb-16 07:44:05

That damn silly advert refers to "sensitive bladder" !!!

Jane10 Thu 18-Feb-16 07:06:32

"Tinkle troubles"?

ninathenana Thu 18-Feb-16 06:57:17

Is there a euphemism for bladder weakness??
If there is I wouldn't expect a shop to use it.

Amused to see large new branch of Boots telling it like is. Looking for 'Feminine Hygiene' I found a section clearly labelled 'Bladder Weakness'! Good for them, no confusion possible there!
