Cakes in the office are bad for your health.

We had a headteacher who would go to Costco and bring in a whole tray of Danish pastries. Just because he was a superb head and appreciated his staff.

Hmm. Fine on people's birthdays. It's the constant bringing in delicious and tempting looking goodies that gets DD down. Selfish and unfair in my book.

You would have to work in a very big office to be regularly having cakes more than once a week and it is often only once a month. If there are too many in the office people cannot afford it and limit the custom to immediate colleagues.

When will these medical/dental experts realise that stupid pronouncements about trivial eating habits are counter productive. People just end up ignoring all diet advice, good or bad.

Someone needs to tell them there is no such thing as unhealthy food, just unhealthy diets, or in this case poor dental hygiene.
