Thanks everyone. Trust DH to be unique (apparently). He is reporting it. Seems to be wearing off now.

DH had it last week. Arm v sore for 24 hours and the day after he just didn't feel well, vague symptoms. It all, passed the following day and nothing since.

No probs at all with me either. H developed tiny itchy blisters on the site for a couple of days but we were told this could happen.

I had it late last year and never really knew I had had it done. As said, report to the surgery.

I had it the first year it was available and had no side effects at all, which was quite remarkable, given my history of over re-acting to almost every immunisation I have previously had.

Think I'd report the symptoms to the surgery (you may be able to do this over the phone if your surgery has a triage system) and ask for advice. Sounds unusual. Hope it clears soon.

My husband had a shingles vaccine 6 days ago.Following this he has had pins and needles in his hands/arms. Has anyone else had the vaccine and had this side effect? Googling mentions other side effects e.g. headache/rash. But not pins and needles.

(He did have shingles by the way about five years ago).
