I am struggling to get comfortable shoes and trying loads on yesterday realise that I have pig trotters rather than feet, lovely strappy sandals just see my bloated feet puther through the gaps. I know there may well be a medical issue going on, but first off I am going to try a herbal remedy and would just like any recommendations from anyone who has tried thesse and been successful, thanks in ant.

I know that you may not want to hear this but I think that you need to get a GP appointment to discover the cause rather than curing it first. It may be cardiac, only the GP after tests will be able to tell you.

I was once told that parsley was a good diuretic. Being young and stupid(er) I then ate a huge bunch. I like parsley. Blimey what a waterfall. Its powerful stuff!

Leave herbal remedies alone and see your GP, if you suspect it is fluid retention rather than just puffiness from the heat.

Kateykrunch Go to see your GP as soon as you can don't mess about with herbal remedies first, or Dr Google.
