Homeopathy and other alternative therapies

Does anyone have experience of alternative therapies for Fibromyalgia or other severe pain issues? I've used homeopathy for other things over the past 35 years and always had great results ...but my daughter has severe chronic pain and although some remedies work well it tends to be short term and we're looking for something to work for longer than just a couple of months .
