I'm a week and a half into my Slimming World journey - joined online as I don't want to go to a group. DD is doing it too. We both need to lose a lot of unhealthy excess weight. Last week I'd lost 1.8 kg but so far this week my weight's been static or even risen a little - and I've been very rigorous! I weigh myself daily and have done for years, to keep track. I'm struggling to exercise more though. Tried aqua-aerobics, but after week two, the soles and heels of my feet felt as if someone had hammered them relentlessly for hours! MIssing out this week because of other commitments. Feeling jaded, guts dodgy, tired and lumpy :-(

. I know from lots of other people I've talked to who have tried to give up smoking how difficult it is. And it's amazing how quickly you can see the benefits from stopping!
