What about a book about the
Burger Trap
Or would the lawyers be on his tail??

Cherrytree59 Sat 04-Feb-17 17:58:45

Cheese is good food made with natural products
Unless the gentleman is talking about thin floppy bits of processed cheese often found on burgers (American import)

What would go on a lovely ploughman if the cheese was omitted?

What is it with baking and innuendo? grin

American cheese, like American chocolate, is a travesty. No wonder it has health risks. I'm a proper Ben Gunn when it comes to cheese and will not be giving it up any time soon. It is one of life's great pleasures.

Now I want too want cheese and crackers .... or toast and marmite with cheese on top. I am going to totally ignore this new proclamation.

Are you any wiser? grin

A life without cheese is just not worth living.

No gluten, no sugar, no lactose (Although I do eat cheese)

Lona Sat 04-Feb-17 16:39:15

I'm having cheese and beetroot on a lovely, soft oven bottom for my meal tonight. Neal B can have what he likes! grin

According to a leading American quack doctor cheese is addictive and it is what is making us fat, not sugar. His name's Neal Barnard and he has written a book called The Cheese Trap: How Breaking a Surprising Addiction Will Help You Lose Weight, Gain Energy, and Get Healthy.

One of the comments after the article I've just read does point out that he's American and that Americans don't understand cheese.
