American cheese, like American chocolate, is a travesty. No wonder it has health risks. I'm a proper Ben Gunn when it comes to cheese and will not be giving it up any time soon. It is one of life's great pleasures.

Now I want too want cheese and crackers .... or toast and marmite with cheese on top. I am going to totally ignore this new proclamation.
