Duloxetine

Has anyone taken Duloxetine and what side effects did they have? I am not keen on trying as i always have adverse side effects from medication. Trying to get relief from acute depression and neuropathy. Have tried lyrica, gaberpentin and amitripyline,
and counselling, I have tried walking but it's difficult because I am in constant pain,
which isn't normal sensation pain, as the wrong signals are coming from my brain,
What should feel cold feelings like burning pain.....I have accepted there is no cure but it difficult to accept there is no medication or treatment either. I have tried mindfulness
Etc. and many vitamins.
