Yes, it is a recognised condition caused by reading too long using a kindle. My very painful neck could be down to this!!Bloody hell I worry about falling off my horse but reading???
This growing old lark is not funny.

Hope it improves. Can it happen if you read a book? Your neck would be in the same position.

I believe that the action of page turning mitigates against any injury or damage to the reader.

I got this through reading a paperback book in a few hours on holiday!A paperback is the same weight as my Kindle, so it wouldn't matter which one you use.?

It's from reading for too long with head in one position.

My foolproof answer to this problem is falling asleep after reading for longer than 15/20 minutes. I rarely have the time or opportunity to read these days!! (Same with watching telly actually)
