I am currently recovering from a really nasty cold, and a chest infection. This is bad enough, but my hair seems to have suffered the most !! It has been a nightmare to style.
I told my lovely hairdresser about it, and she said just one word.
Lank. This is normal when you have been poorly.
That summed it up completely. My hair has been just that. Lank and Lifeless.
So Gransnetters.
Any ideas what vitamins I could take to restore my crowning glory, and maybe give me a boost generally too.
Please help.

Hi cookie, Sorry to hear you haven't been well. My hair definitely looks rubbish after a bout of illness. I use castor oil as a good hair treatment every now and again. As for vitamins, just the usual multivitamin should cover most bases. Sorry I can't be more help but I wish you a full recovery!

It will go back to normal when well though.
If you are concerned go to the supermarket and get some hair and nail supplement.

It soon improves though cookie and it happens to everybody, even with just a cold.
Don’t use conditioner for a week or so, it will have more body without, and use a bit of hair mousse when it’s damp.
