Anyone heard of or tried serrapeptase enzyme, the so called ‘miracle’ enzyme? Lots of positive reviews of the net for reducing inflammation and pain in arthritis, reducing arterial plaque, lowering blood pressure etc etc. But I’m wondering if any other grans or friends of have given it a go and how they got on.

I found a scientific study on it , which basically says that it is unreliable and ineffective . The only area where they found it did work, was in liquefying nasal discharge .

I tend to be skeptical about anything marketed as "a miracle product" and this comes into that category for me.

examine.com/supplements/serrapeptase/ here is the study I found.

If it sounds too good to be true then it usually is.

Thanks for the link. Doesn’t look too good but may be worth a try at a higher dose.
