Urinary tract infections do make you miserable , but it's important to get it sorted. Keep taking the antibiotics and drink plenty of water . If you have burning / scalding when you urinate, use some Ural effervescent granules in water a few times a day.
Don't bother with the cranberry at the moment - it doesn't help to cure a urinary tract infection. It is useful to prevent any further infections - but not for when you've already got one.
The thrush isn't part of this infection . It is a vaginal infection which is caused by the antibiotics you are taking. Antibiotics get rid of the friendly bacteria in the vagina, thus allowing the thrush to take hold. Use the pessaries as the doctor has given you - they'll clear it up .
The bowel problems may be caused by the antibiotics - but keep taking them. Eating yoghurt will help to replace all the "friendly" bacteria which have been wiped out by the antibiotics, so have some every day .
