How old is your heart?

Mine said 4 yrs younger but then I expected it to, I don't do stress and am a sensible weight. The quiz is good publicity we all should take more care of ourselves, how many will change their ways I am doubtful.

The NHS has a quiz that tells you your heart age and i guess importantly, what you can do to improve it. Basically all the usual suspects - lose weight, lower your BP. Mine was my actual age, which I guess is OK. Have your had a go?
