I am 80 and a keen road cyclist. Would be keen to chat with others with a similar interest.

Just so long as you aren’t cycling at the time!

Avid mountain biker here, sorry. Enjoying my new Trek off road in the peaks. Had a wonderful session recently all around Ladybower and some quite difficult routes. Reservoirs looking worryingly low.

A grandpa at 75, started cycling again with e-Bike I bought last year. All this to my wife's delight as she finally managed to get me out from under her feet. Yes, e-Bike with a throttle (which I rarely use) but the smilewinksmilebenefit is in the pedal assist function which gives me the extra help when I pedal up hills etc.
This way, I cycle between 7 and 20 miles almost daily and feel I am reaping the benefits. ( bad back, breathlessnes, high blood pressure and on tablets and extra spare tyre round the waist)!
