What about Diarolyte? It comes in sachets and, if you get ill, will re-hydrate you.

I,m going on holiday next week. Have tried to get this stuff .searched the web etc.
Us oldies often know better, any ideas please. Not addicted but get tummy troubles on holidays. Immodium is not the same
