Watery eye

Any suggestions on how to treat a very watery eye? I can see no redness or inflammation but it keeps running down my cheek. The doctors isn't an option yet as suffer from Latrophonia, a fear of doctors. Thank you in advance

Could someone please delete this as I see there is a topic on Dry Eyes that will help. I wouldn't have guessed the watering was caused by that!
