I bathed my foot in it for half hour daily soaks to help clear a
fungal infection,that together with using tee tree oil certainly helped clear the problem.

I gather nowadays it's recommended to drink it through a straw but at the time I didn't know that.

Plenty of benefits but unfortunately the acid erodes the enamel off your teeth, and I ended up needing 4 front crowns!!
