to take some of the weight off GPs. Seems a good idea in theory but never seen it in practise until yesterday.
I was in a big city centre Boots, went to queue for some paracetamol. There were 2 staff on the tills, each with a customer who seemed to need advice. Eventually they both had to ask the pharmacist who was busy making up prescriptions.
This went on for at least 10 minutes, and meanwhile the queue got longer and longer, so I put the paracetamol back and left.
Have you tried this method, does it work?
