Stertraline and Tinnitus

In this case study a woman developed tinnitus after starting the drug and it disappeared when she stopped. It is described as a rare side effect so I’d hot foot it the GP

Sertraline can be tricky when you start it, change dose or stop it. I wouldnt just stop it, speak to your GP. You dont need an appointment I wouldnt have thought, just ask for a call back if your gp does them (mine does)

Hi, Thank you for replying. I've got to wait until Thursday, if it's no better by then, I need to change to prozac.It's a shame because it's the first day I feel okayish, no nausea today, just tired .Thanks again.
