I'd tick it, I've certainly done so in the past.

Yearly blood test jeanie? Not had a blood test for years. Am I missing out?

Just ask your GP if you could have a blood test, I can't see it being a problem since you had an higher blood count before.
I've just this week had my yearly blood test, cholesterol, blood sugar and kidney function.

Thanks nanaK54 good idea I will certainly try what you suggest. Just anxious for that one test to be done without having to visit the GP again.

I don't think that I would 'tick' myself but I would certainly ask the HCP taking your blood so to do.
I have an annual blood test for my thyroid and I am always asked "what else would you like us to check"

I'm due to have a blood test to check a couple of things but the GP didn't tick the glucose one even though the last blood test was borderline. Would it be OK for me to tick it on the envelope provided as I am anxious to have a second test?
