I have been on 3 a day for ages , now it’s been upped to 4 a day, I wondered about all those vitamins and minerals , embarrassing , I have developed an eating disorder since my daughter died. They certainly fill my tummy

It will definitely build you up Annie and if you have it two or three times a day you will put on some weight. Several different flavours so pick the most palatable. Good luck.?

Dietician said that three bottles a day was enough to keep DH fed.

My husband has. He finds it very ‘thick’ if you follow me! I have tried it and it’s not too bad, but some flavours are better than others. It will build you up Annie.

Yes - OH has been guzzling it down on and off for years. The only problem was that it filled him up and he ate less food!
