Late joining you today. Younger Granddaughter was here which was lovely.

Then had to support my younger daughter, my mother in law is very ill and younger daughter is very fond of her.

Went the day well? or not ?

Doodle I understand that, I am always catastrophising about my family and know the reason why. We had no idea we would never see our son again so of course I worry that it could happen to the other members of the family. Daft I know because worrying won't change a thing but I can't help it.

Been weeping all day today. Haven't achieved much at all.

nonnie thank you for your kind thought. My worries/anxieties usually relate to my family (don’t get me wrong, they are all lovely it’s just that I worry for/about them). Once the current issues are ok I will poodle along on low worry level till something else crops up.
Hope you all have a bit of sunshine today - it’s raining here ☔️ but I’m going for a walk anyway ?

Cherry sometimes I think it can be harder to be the one caring for someone than to be the one who needs caring for. Hope that makes some sense.

Doodle perhaps counselling would help you, it does help some.

nanny do be careful to ensure you actually get your cat before paying anything out and do not go alone to meet anyone who says they have the cat. There are nasty people out there who play on your loss.

Thanks Marilla I took the first practical step to try to change something huge for us. It is going to be long and hard and I'm not up to doing more today because I didn't sleep last night. Trying to convince myself that I have to do it as not doing it is stressful so I might as well take on the stress of doing it.

I think my problem is sadness too. Sort of anxiety as well. I just keep worrying about things that might upset my family. I skirt round it a bit too phoenix. Not wanting to put it into clear thought. I know that if I face it head on and think of the worst that can happen then that’s supposed to be a way to overcome the worry. But I can’t do that.
Sorry for all those feeling down tonight. Nice to have somewhere to chat.
