But in one picture TImothy Spall is smiling and in the other he isn't. He should be smiling in both or looking miserable in both, otherwise you cannot make a fair comparison.

I think Celine Dion looks gaunt. It is not a good look, unfortunately. I cannot get used to the slim Timothy Spall either.

We all know it is not good to be overweight but losing weight has aged Tomothy Spall terribly and it makes him look less attractive, ironically.

What are fillers? How much do they cost? Who does them. Just curious really but you never know. I might loose weight! If I’m honest it’s unlikely

Moo i have had fillers too, they just fill my face out without looking like 2 triangles stuck in my cheeks, very natural , and look loads better, no bruising here though
They say if you lose fat in your face and even put weight on it never goes back on your face

I do worry that you can be too thin - if you do become ill there is no weight at all to lose.

Relieved that Timothy Spall has simply lost weight, presumably dieted. I thought he was ill, didn’t he have leukaemia a few years ago? Sadly the reverse isn’t always the answer. I have gained weight recently due to meds. Still look an ugly old hag even with a fat face. There’s no justice.....

I would use the word haggard, not slimmed down, and it's so ageing.

Davina looks awful. My daughter had the most beautiful face, very much like Nigella Lawson. She has lost tremendous amount of weight now ....does not suit her....she looks haggard , but who's to tell her? She wont listen to me.

I think Timothy Spall looks better. More distinguished. Must be healthier too. That's the most important thing.

I try and steer a fine line between looking gaunt and ill or chubby and featureless... either way its a pain.

I could do with half a stone coming off - but I know it would come off my face and leave my belly unscathed!

If anyone saw Davina McCall on the programme last night that was another " diet face " and she looks awful !! She looked sick too with her dragging skin.

To me diet face is what Timothy Spall has at present, he does not look well.
