-----not a moody person.
More of a homebird than I used to be though which is obviously an age thing but I'm well past the menopause. I think we're all prone to " off-days " for one reason or another but if they're short-lived it's not a problem.

Thanks Hotmama I thought I was the only one! I've booked and cancelled holidays for this reason, the last one I forced myself on going resulted in coming back early as I just wanted to be home! I'm of a similar age Hotmama so lingering menopause? confused

Yep, I’m the same, and although I’m 69 I think I shall be menopausal till the day I die! As you say, one day I’m full of the joys and can do anything, the next....can’t be bothered. What’s to do? I s’pose we all have our off days but mine last a few weeks!

Are mood swings normal? I'm well past the menopause so it's not that. I mean for no obvious reason like any particular worries otherwise it would be justified. At times I feel almost bi polar: one minute cheerful and making plans, the next can't be bothered to do anything! I'm otherwise fine the only medication is blood pressure tablets.
