I am not familiar with Qigong as I do Taoist Tai Chi which is beneficial for flexibility and balance. They are a great group of people from Beginner's to more experienced and are especially welcoming to newcomers. We also have social time and a chat. £1 per session sounds amazing, mine is £3.50 which I feel is good value. We normally have an open day once a Year where people can come and watch or join in before committing themselves. My advice would be go along and try it you have nothing to lose and hopefully everything to gain. Enjoy!

I used to do this when I lived in Essex. It was a really lovely thing to do very much like Tai Chi but not quite so complicated. Very relaxing.

Has anyone done this form of exercise? It is closely relate to Tai Chi and i am thinking of attending a class instigated by our local authority for those over fifty.. They only charge 1.00 per session which to me is a fantastic price. I have researched Tai Chi and it quite expensive to attend classes.
