Never look on yourself as a failure just getting though a day is a success Does your bipolar leave you more down than up ?
I know this will sound banal but exercise and fresh air really are so helpful Could you join a walking group not a ramblers but here we have a mental health ‘walk and chat’ couple of hours a week and people really do seem to get uplifted by it There are such a lot now being considered good for mental health from simple gym work to park runs meeting with others who do understand is so helpful
