nonnie a big hug ? coming up. We are all up and down sometimes. The thing to remember is it does pass and some kind of acceptance brings a bit of peace even if our troubles do not disappear altogether. Hope you feel better soon.

Hi all just popping in to say hello.
Annie those words get me every time. I had an elderly friend who died a few years ago and You will never walk alone was her favourite song along with Dancing Queen. She was a wonderful lady. She had a hard life and came through it with a great spirit. She loved to dance and have a good laugh. I miss her.
Like many of you I have my up and down moments. Worry about family, friends and that includes me GN friends.
I have been trying to keep busy at home. Bit of spring cleaning and I made a banana cake. I call it a cake as I didn’t have. Loaf tin. Managed to get couple of online supermarket slots so that was good.
I started watching the new drama The Nest. Not everyone’s cup of tea but I am enjoying it.
I see there is to be some nice weather about although don’t think in my neck of the woods however if it is in your area enjoy seeing the sunshine whether indoors or out in the garden.
Lavender I was bit tearful on Thursday. It comes and goes.
Please know you are not the only one with these emotions.

We need to remember why Batty started Black Dog, - to
share, care, support, understand, to speak out about fears,
depression, anxiety, OCD, phobias. We battled with these
before the turmoil descended, and we still have to.

Reading my Poetry Pharmacy book yesterday evening I came
across the following, was surprised to find it in a book of poetry

‘Walk on through the wind,
Walk on through the rain,
Though your dreams be tossed and blown,
Walk on, walk on , with hope in your heart
And you’ll never walk alone,
You’ll never walk alone.

Joce that looks amazing to me. The best I can do is make bunting!

I am missing my son and daughters so much. My heart ache to hold my grandkids.. you have had to deal with more than this... we are here to listen to one another and talk. Try and help each other where we can. No need for sorry,

lavender you cannot bring down the Black Dog gang with doom and gloom, it’s what we’re all about really. This is the place to come if you are having a wobble because we’ve all been there and know what it’s like. Because we have experienced so much ourselves it’s why we can try and support others going through a rough patch.
Everyone’s problems are important so pop in whenever you like. Hope you are feeling a bit better now. Take care x

Hope everyone is doing ok. Thank you for your kind comments last week when I had my wobble. Everything seemed to overwhelm me, the situation we are all in and feeling scared, the Rheumatology cancelling my scan and appointment with the Consultant and missing my daughter and grand daughter. I'm sorry, I didn't want to bring this lovely place down with all my doom and gloom. I know there are many people who are dealing with much worse than I am. Anyway I have had a strong word with myself and am going to look for the positives.
