I hope you find it useful TrendyN. I follow Dr P’s advice regularly and like his take on health.

He wrote a very moving article on how he coped with being gay as a teenager and coming out to his family and friends.

In today’s Saturday Mail Dr Pemberton gives sensible doable advice on how anyone can improve their health and well being. He has given a list of 20 ways to do this.

If you go onto the Mail online today 18 January, you can read the very useful article plus his 20 tips.

I’m writing the 20 tips in my brand new notebook and he suggests just doing one or two at a time.
