A drop or two of Olbas Oil in the steam can help, too.

You could try inhaling steam. That helps loosen secretions. Pour kettle of boiling water into bathroom sink and put towel over head and breathe in the steam. Repeat as often as you need to. Hope you feel better soon.

Not all the time,it might be the milk but not sure.

Now when I try to cough,but not all the time its like trying to cough through a wind tube and nothing "clears"
Any advice on taking something liquid(maybe not cough medicine)so I can clear my throat.
