Dh has just undressed and seen this on his arm. He doesn't remember hitting his arm, it is flat and painless, and it wasn't there this morning. Any ideas?
But what it looks like wouldn’t involve ‘no pain’ a burn or friction burn would both be painful Its red around it so could be an infection starting I d keep a close eye and if it starts to get worse see the GP
The skin looks very dry to me. As we get older our skin thins and damages easily. I think I might show it to the practice nurse as it looks quite delicate and could extend if the skin is very friable. Also she can give advise/prescription for appropriate moisturising cream.
