Is this seasonal condition lasting longer this year, or is it just me? Normally the lighter evenings and Spring flowers are enough to make things better, but this year I'm struggling. Endless rain and grey skies, plus unlimited gloom on the news aren't helping, but is this a condition that gets worse with age?

The SAD lamps haven't been of any use to me either. I used to have a couple of sun holidays during the Winter which did seem to help me cope better whilst waiting for Spring to arrive.
